Overview:media.com is a subsidiary of Grey Global Group. They specialize in online media planning and purchasing. With Proctor & Gamble as a major client, they plan and purchase media for over 70 websites, each with their own brand managemet group. With 8 week planning cycles, media.com must be in constant communication with the brand groups.
Solution:Grey Globa Group acquired Beyond Interactive and Brainloaf worked with media.com and J. Brown/LMC group to being deploying BI's media planning system into media.com. After the initial few weeks, it became apparent that BI's system would not fit the workflow of media.com. As a result, planning for a new system began.
