We have been running Java Swing apps on the desktop for about a month now, and AWT apps for over 3 months. All our desktops are Mac OS based. Most are verison 9, only IT and development machines are OS X. This will change soon I hope. OS X is much more stable and doesn't have any VM oddities like OS 9 does.

Ahh, sweet integration. I've been using Archipelago to post items to BrainLoaf for a while now, and just started using NewNewsWire for blog aggregation. I talked with Daniel over the past couple of days and he's baked in the ability to drag newsitems & sources from NNW to Archipelago. Thanks to Daniel and Brent for some simple, yet enormously productive tools!

NetNewsWire: "[New this morning is the addition of "Source" dragging from NetNewsWire to Archipelago. I also added exception handling for cases where folks are using an older version of NNW where some of the internal details may be different. Thanks again to Mike for pointing out this change.] *" Source: Archipelago 2:48:07 PM
